The season is upon us! Let's have some fun and find some pheasant! We will be doing a limited capacity Pheasants Forever Members - Women ONLY preserve hunt at Clyde's Shooting Preserve in Prescott, WA. This is a perfect opportunity to get ready for our November event (Chasing Feathers Together) Bird Camp!
The morning will consist of warming up with sporting clays (shooting coaches available if desired) and then gathering in groups of 3 women (plus mentor who will not be carrying a gun) to hunt. Each group will receive instruction on safety, as well as the local habitat, how the birds might fly, and how to hunt. This is a great event for beginner or intermediate level hunters. 3 pheasant will be planted for each hunter (9 per group of 3 women).
Bring your shotgun, ammo, hunter orange, dog (if you have one) and a way to transport your harvested birds home.
Registration includes the sporting clays, shooting instruction, the hunt for planted pheasant, and an entry into our year end grand prize drawing for a $500 Cabela's gift card!
