You are invited to join us for the 1st Annual SDSU Chapter Pheasant Longtail Contest -- a fundraiser to support the SDSU Collegiate Chapter of Pheasants Forever and great opportunity to get out hunting for the day!!
Our chapter is led by a passionate group of student volunteers that attend South Dakota State University who continue to work hard to get collegiate students involved with our events. Our chapter works to raise dollars for habitat projects, collegiate outreach events, introducing new hunters to the great outdoors, advocacy efforts for important conservation legislation, and more!

Registration/Check-in - starts at 9:30 am
Tail Measuring Accepted - until 4:45 pm (the tail MUST be attached to the bird)
Meal/Prizes - starts at 5 pm

MUST PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS AT 10 AM ON OCTOBER 22ND, 2022. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE THAT WANTs TO SPEND A DAY OUT IN THE FIELD HUNTING PHEASANTS!
*Make sure that you have your pheasant hunting license before going out to hunt*
Ticket Prices:
Individual Ticket: $20.00 (Includes 1 meal and 1 pheasant tail entry)
Pair Ticket (Two individuals): $35.00 (Includes 2 meal tickets and 2 pheasant tail entries)
Flush Ticket(Group of 4 people): $70.00 (Includes 4 meals and 4 pheasant tail entries)
Prizes include:
1st Longest Tailfeather - PF Ranger Solo Stove + PF Yeti + OnX Premium Membership
2nd Longest Tailfeather - PF Yeti + OnX Premium Membership
