First Annual Women's Rooster Roundup!

Join us for our first annual women's learn-to-hunt event on Saturday, October 10th, 2021 in the Mitchell, SD area from 8:30am - 2:30pm.
This event is open to women ages 18+ who have interest in learning the basics of pheasant hunting and would like to chase some roosters on a women-only hunting experience near Mitchell, SD. 

The event will take place Northeast of Mitchell, SD on public land within 30 minutes of our gathering location.

Participants will need to supply their own shotgun, non-toxic shells, hunter orange vest/apparel, and hold a current South Dakota small game hunting license. All participants need to be South Dakota residents.

Participants should be prepared to walk moderately rough terrain. Proper attire for this event will be hiking boots, long pants, and hunters orange vest/apparel. A free lunch will be provided. All participants will receive a Pheasants Forever hat and a Pheasants Forever membership!

This is a FREE event for attendees -- REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 20 PARTICIPANTS.
