Take a walk through the prairie with us at the Ben Geren Golf Course! This field tour is part of our "The Land Manager's Toolbox" webinar and workshop series focused on urban habitat. Golf Course Superintendent and Sebastian County Park Administrator, Jay Randolph and Quail Forever Farm Bill Biologist, Jessica Cox will be leading this landowner field tour. We will discuss the ongoing projects at the golf course and surrounding areas as well as look at some of the native plants that have been brought back into the area. This workshop is designed for landowners in urban areas or with small plots of land, but everyone is most certainly welcome to participate! We look forward to seeing you all there!
Note: This will be an outdoor event so please wear walking shoes, sunglasses, and whatever else you think you may need for a couple of hours in the beautiful outdoors.
For questions, please contact Jessica Cox at jcox@quailforever.org
