Conecuh Forest Quail Forever Annual Banquet

Join us for a night of FUN, FOOD and PRIZES!!  You are invited to attend our annual banquet.  Seating is limited so reserve your banquet tickets now.  We hope to sell a full house; therefore, banquet tickets may not be available at the door. One hundred percent of the proceeds are used in our own back yard. Through habitat awareness, educating our youth and planting habitat areas in the Conecuh and Geneva National Forests.

Again, we have planned a night of fun with games, raffles, silent auction, and live auction.  Prints, guns, and many more great items will be awarded that night.

The level of banquet tickets is as follows:

$300     Sponsor Package – Includes dinner for 2 (member and spouse/guest), 1-year QF membership, a chance at winning a “hat” in the “Mad Hatter Drawing” and a chance on Sponsor Only gun raffle.  Also, recognition from the podium and placement of your business card in the banquet program.

$75      Couples Ticket – Includes dinner for member and spouse and 1-year QF membership.

$55      Singles Ticket – Includes dinner for member and 1-year QF membership.

$15      Child’s Ticket – Includes dinner and Whistler’s membership (< 18 years of age)

To reserve your seats, complete enclosed form, enclose a check for the amount due, and return to me.  Your banquet tickets will be mailed to you.  Please return before October 21, 2022.

If purchasing a Sponsorship, be sure and include the business card you wish to have in the banquet program.  Business cards must be in by October 19th to be placed in the banquet program.
