The Ramsey County Chapter of Pheasants Forever is holding a smaller version of our Learn to Hunt event on November 7, 2020.

Event includes:

1.  Safety training specific to common pheasant hunting scenarios;

2.  Learning about different hunting breeds and how they work the fields;

3.  Pheasant habitat and where to hunt in Minnesota;

4.  A field hunt;

5.  Demonstration on cleaning birds; and

6.  Recipes and tips on cooking pheasant.

Lunch is included after the hunt! Limited to 8 hunters.  Participants MUST have taken and passed DNR Firearms Safety. Attendees must provide their own transportation, blaze orange vest and/or hat, suitable shotgun, eye protection, and shotgun shells. (We do have some shotguns so please reach out to us if you do not have a shotgun to use)
