This pheasant hunt conducted by Safari Club International partnered with Pheasants Forever is for adults aged 25-45 that are new to hunting. The day will start with an introduction to shooting safety and end with a guided three bird pheasant hunt at Rooster Ranch near Ubly MI. Participants are required to have ammo (2 boxes of target loads), hunter orange (at least a hat), and appropriately dressed for the weather. Participants are encouraged to bring their own shotgun (no hammer guns please) and ear and eye protection. Experienced guide and dog, and lunch is provided. Participants can choose to hunt the morning session (8:00am - 12:00am) or the afternoon session (12:30pm-4:30pm).
