Join Black Hawk County Pheasants Forever for a full day of all things upland hunting!  Students will participate in session on pheasants 101, dog handling, landowner relations, gun safety and trap shooting. After an action packed morning, a free lunch will be provided and an afternoon filled pheasant hunt will commence!  Youth will be provided an on-site mentor for the duration of the event.
 
Space is limited to only 14 participants ages 12-15 who have ALREADY completed hunter education.
 
Please dress appropriately for the weather.  Bring rain gear and dry comfortable boots for the hunt.
