We would like to invite you to attend our 2024 Annual Banquet and come and enjoy an evening with family and friends. Supporting your Chapter at this banquet helps promote one of the most efficient conservation organizations in the country. The Board of Directors decides how 100% of all the funds raised are used to best benefit our local habitat. We would encourage you to become involved in your Chapter's activities.
Ticket Information:
Tickets are Sold Only In Advance
Ticket Sale Deadline is March 1st
Early Bird Deadline is February 23rd - Each adult ticket order received by February 23rd will be entered in an Early Bird Special Drawing for $300.00
There will be Limited Seating
Ticket Prices:
Membership/Single $70.00
Membership/Couple $95.00
Membership/Ringneck $30.00 (Youth 17 years of age or younger)
Schedule of Events:
Doors Open - Cash Bar at 5:00 P.M.
Buffet Dinner at 6:00 P.M.
Program Starts at 7:30 P.M.
Live Auction at 8:00 P.M.

Games, Drawings, and Raffles
Get-a-Gun Raffles
Live & Silent Auction

Table Captain Opportunity
If you wish to become the "Captain" of your table and have a table reserved in your name, you will need to complete the Table Captain's Guidelines and Responsibilities listed below. Each Table Captain will receive a ticket for a chance to win a P.F. Weatherby Element Upland 12 Ga. Shotgun.
Table Captain's Guidelines and Responsibilities:
1) You need to have a total of 8 people (including you) to fill a table and submit all ticket orders with your order, by March 1st.
2) Members of the Captain's table can be your spouse, children, friends, or relative.
3) For each adult (except spouses), 18 years and older, you must purchase a Membership/Dinner Ticket (single or couples).
4) With each ticket purchased, you will need to fill out all of the information requested for the individual using that ticket for entry/membership.
5) If you submit your completed order, with all requested information, by the Early Bird Deadline of February 23rd, you and all adult members of your table will be eligible for the Early Bird Special drawing.
6) When placing your order, you will also need to select a Table Captain Reserved Table ticket to identify you as the Table Captain.

1) Merchandise Donation - Retail Value of $500.00
- Provides a P.F. Associate Membership (1year); 2 dinner tickets; 75 bucket tickets; a business card ad in the banquet program (dimensions: 3.5" wide by 2" tall); and your name displayed on the item at the banquet
2) Merchandise Donation - Retail Value of $100.00
- Provides a business card ad in the banquet program (dimensions: 3.5" wide by 2" tall); and your name displayed on the item at the banquet
3) Merchandise Donation - Retail Value of Less than $100.00
- Provides recognition in the banquet program
