LADIES HUNT

Our
Clay County Pheasants Forever Ladies Hunt is fast approaching on Saturday,
November 6th just south of town at the beautiful property of Bill
and Deb Muller! Ladies of all skill levels, experience, and interests
will be participating. Everyone is welcome and should feel comfortable
participating in some or all the events. If you haven’t attended this
before, this is a completely free
event that is truly more like a day away where we take care of you and
let you experience and enjoy all the many things that make hunting great.
All ages of women(younger daughters included) are encouraged to attend, and you
can participate at any level you choose. So even if you are most excited
to hunt live birds or just want to hang out with the other ladies there, we
encourage you to RSVP. Oh, and don’t forget to invite a friend!

830AM-915AM – Opening Remarks, Gun Safety Presentation, and
Run-Through of the Day
915AM – 10AM – Trap Shooting Practice
10AM – NOON – Live Bird Hunting, Handguns, and Crossbows

ATTENDING
- Let me know your shirt size(unisex) in your RSVP.
- Please make sure to get either
your Iowa Small Game License or Iowa Apprentice License(Hunter Safety NOT
required for this license) at No Limits Outdoors in Spencer https://nolimitspencer.com/ if you
want to participate in the live bird hunting portion of the event if you
are 16 or older. If you have any questions, you can also call me at
712-260-9549.
- Wear blaze orange if you have
it. If you don’t, it will be provided to you.
- If you have a shotgun to bring
to the event to use that is preferred. If you don’t, we will happily
provide one for you. Trap shooting shells and field shells will be
provided for 12- and 20-Gauge Shotguns.
- There is no entry fee or
additional cost to participate in the event, other than getting your
Hunting or Apprentice License listed above, if you are planning in
participating in the live bird portion of the event. You could still
walk along with the group in the field, you just wouldn’t be able to
harvest a bird.
