Fall Trap Night and Meeting Kick off

Subject: Carver County Pheasants Forever Fall Meeting & Trap Shoot Kickoff

Dear Carver County Pheasants Forever Members and Friends,

As the fall season approaches, we are excited to invite you to our annual Fall Meeting and Trap Shoot Kickoff event! This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, discuss our conservation efforts, and enjoy a day of friendly competition.

Event Details:

Trap Shoot: The event will kick off with a trap shoot, so bring your best aim! Whether you're a seasoned shooter or new to the sport, this will be a fun and inclusive event for all skill levels.

Burgers and hot dogs will be served after everyone is done shooting trap.

Meeting Agenda: After the trap shoot, we'll hold our fall meeting where we’ll discuss upcoming projects, ask for volunteers to become chairpersons for the following events: annual banquet, assist Bob R. in organizing Gun Bingo, Youth Hunt, Habitat Day and Pollinator Day/Projects., and other ways to get involved in our conservation initiatives.

What to Bring:

• Your shotgun and shells (limited shells will be available on-site)
• Ear and eye protection
• Enthusiasm for a great day outdoors!
• Beverage of your choice

RSVP: Please let us know if you plan to attend by 9/3/24 so we can ensure we have enough food for everyone.
