Families will Learn to hunt pheasants with dogs. We will start out the day with a short presentation about Pheasants forever and the Path to the uplands initiative, shoot some clay targets, go hunting and enjoy lunch after the hunt. Afternoon hunters will enjoy lunch before the hunt. Dog handlers and dogs will be included. Do not bring your dog.
Please bring eye and ear protection. Hunting vests will be supplied if you do not have one.
Please let us know if you will need a shotgun. 12 and 20 gauge ammo will be provided
No Single shot hammer shot guns allowed.
Youth who register with the family must be at least 10 years old to participate in the hunt!!!
