Grazing for Wildlife

Join us as we discuss grazing practices and how they affect pollinators, nesting cover, song birds, waterfowl, and other wildlife.  Staff from several agencies will dive into using grazing practices to impact species composition and the benefits to wildlife.  The landowner will be on-site to give their testimony of goals and objectives of their restoration.  The afternoon discussion will explore more grazing practices, timing, intensity, frequency, duration, and why grazing can be an asset to grassland management.
