YOU ARE INVITED to OPENING DAY HUNTER'S HANGOUT!
If you are planning on hunting Western Oklahoma in Roger Mills or Ellis County and/or the surrounding area on opening day of Quail Season, come on by from 11am to 3pm (#1) or after hunting for the day (#2)! Mid-Day is hosted by the NW Covey Rise Chapter and the Evening is hosted by the North Fork Chapter.
Meet and talk with other hunters, meet and visit with Quail Forever chapter members, Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, and Wildlife Biologists in a fun, relaxed and social setting. Gun Raffle Tickets for supporting Youth Outreach will be available for purchase.
This is a great opportunity to pick up some information, see how your harvested birds are wing tip aged, learn some of the latest quail research, as well as a chance for you to talk with Wildlife Biologists about all things QUAIL! We can't wait to see you!!
Hosted at Packsaddle Bar (across from the main entrance to Packsaddle WMA) who will also have an Opening Day Special for the day (ribeyes or pork chops). Also available for purchase is a Brews for Birds "cup!"
