We encourage everyone to arrive early and hit the Sporting Clays course for some great networking and team building time. If you do not wish to shoot, we encourage you to head straight to All Occasions Catering as we will have staff there to talk to, network, and socialize. Lunch will begin at noon, and the meeting will begin sharply at 1pm. The meeting will have breakout rooms this year and we look to conclude the meeting around 5pm.

9:00 am— Registration for Sporting Clays (at Black Wing Shooting Center in Delaware, Ohio)

10:00 am— Networking at All Occasions with PF/QF Staff and Partners

11:30am— Conclusion of Sporting Clays

12:00pm— Lunch (at All Occasions Catering, Waldo Ohio)

1:00pm— Start of the State Meeting

5:00pm— Closing comments
