Details:
The 2023 Youth Hunt includes an education program, trap shoot and an actual field hunt with stocked pheasants providing an exciting hunting experience. Participants will be matched with experienced hunters and trained hunting dogs by the Fox Valley Pheasants Forever chapter. Ammunition and lunch will be provided along with other fun activities that day. Rules: Participants must be between the ages of 12 & 18 years. All Participants must be graduates of a hunter safety course. Participants ages 12 to 14 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Participants 15 and older are not required to have a parent attend but we do encourage parents to come along. For safety, all participants must wear 50% Blaze Orange clothing the day of the hunt. Deadline:
Registration deadline is Friday September 1st 2023 Register early, space is limited to the first 60 kids.
Confirmation:
There will be two sessions. The Number of participants for each session will be limited to insure a quality experience. While we will try to accommodate your requests, Pheasants Forever may need to assign you to a session. Confirmation of the session you are assigned to will be sent via email by Tuesday September 5th.
