Scott County CH125 Novice & Youth Mentored Pheasant Hunt
Hello
I would like to introduce myself, my name is Dave Eischens. I am the outreach chairman for the Scott County Chapter of Pheasants Forever. Our chapter is working to engage youth, families, and interested adults in outdoor activities including hunting and conservation.
We are hosting our sixth annual Mentored Novice and Youth Hunt on Saturday October 7th at the Caribou Gun Club in Le Sueur. We are inviting teens of all levels of hunting experience and novice pheasant hunters of all ages, who would like to see what Pheasants Forever is all about and experience a pheasant hunt.
* The youth attendees who are hunting would have to have passed the gun safety course and provide a gun safety certificate.
It will start with registration at 9:00am and will go through the afternoon. We will provide the following for $10 per individual, trap shoot, hunting dog demo, shells for both trap shooting and field shells for the hunt, lunch, blaze hats and hunting vests (if needed) , and the birds for the guided hunt in the afternoon. The attendees can take one cleaned pheasant each home with them if they wish.
If interested or have questions we can be contacted at this email address, dgeischns@gmail.com, by phone at 612-834-5800, or our Scott County PF chapter 125 website, http://www.scottcountypf125.org/. We can forward registration and more details to interested parties.
Please pass pass this along to any interested persons, we would appreciate it very much. Thanks again for your attention to this. We are looking forward to another great event!
