SDWOTW-Speaker Series #3: How to choose & use your gun w/Dan Griffith & Scheels gun team

Pheasants Forever, Women on the Wing SD, and Scheels are excited to present “How to Choose and Use the Right Gun for You” with Dan Griffith and Scheels Sioux Falls! During the clinic, we will have the Scheels gun staff with several guns to look at and try out, and Dan Griffith will cover the following topics:

1. When to use your “thinking” brain and when to use your “doing” brain

2. Gun fit- most shooters are using guns that don’t fit them

3. Proper mount- the number one cause of missing your target

4. Leading your target- learn to use a board laser and flashlight to practice at home

5. Learn to point, mount, and shoot

6. It starts with foot placement

7. Select guns, gauges, shot sizes, and more! 

Join us at Scheels in Sioux Falls June 7th at 6:30 in the training/conference rooms on the second floor by the baseball products! There will be a zoom link provided. We will have our monthly chapter meeting via the link starting at 6:00 pm with the Speaker series starting at 6:30.
