Banquet- PF Membership $65 ($75 at door)
Meal only - Spouse or Guests $30 ($40 at door)
Child - age 15 and under $20
$550 Corporate Table - 1 PF membership, 8 banquet meals, first in line to eat plus 1 ticket for specials corporate drawing and name on sponsor banner
$375 sponsorship - 1 PF membership, 4 banquet meals, 2 tickets for sponsor drawing, name on sponsor page in program, $100 in pheasant bucks and names on sponsor banner
$150 sponsor - 1 PF membership, 2 banquet meals, 1 ticket for sponsor drawing
$50 donation - Recognition night of banquet
Membership Renewal - $35
Pheasant Bucks ($160 value) Pre-Buy - $100 each
Pheasant Bucks ($360 value) Pre-Buy - $200 each
