The Banquet Committee of the Southwest Wisconsin Pheasants Forever Chapter is pleased to invite you and your friends to our 20th Annual Membership Banquet!

When: Wednesday, April 20, 2022

Where: Banfield’s Swiss Haus. 273 N. Hollow Rd. • Cuba City, WI 53807

Time: Doors Open at 5:00 p.m. and dinner is served at 7:00 p.m.


Each current member bringing a new member will receive 3 FREE gun board tickets. Applications from both the current and new member must arrive in the same envelope. We are sorry that we cannot honor separate requests.
