Put your nature ID skills to the test at our Women on the Wing Scavenger Hunt! Join ladies from Missouri PFQF and Wander Woman Outdoors at Prairie Fork Conservation Area for a free, fun evening of exploring different habitats and finding some of Missouri's neat natural items!
If you're not a nature nerd, that's okay! We will provide identification resources and have volunteers to help with ID! Bring a friend or family member and have fun together in the outdoors while improving your nature ID skills! We will have small prizes for the winners of a casual competition :)
This event is FREE! Spaces are limited, register now to reserve your spot!
Drinks and light, trail-friendly snacks will be provided. Dress comfortably for being in the outdoors and wear shoes for walking on gravel and dirt trails; bring bug spray and sunscreen. We will have field guides, binoculars, and all the supplies you need for the scavenger hunt! If you have your own field guides or binoculars you prefer to use, feel free to bring them.
We hope to see you there!!
If you have any questions or require special accommodations, reach out to Kim Cole at kcole@quailforever.org or Jessica White at jessica@wanderwomanks.com
This event is made possible through the Corteva Agriscience-Corteva Grows Communities grant.
