This unique hands-on instruction allows participants to learn more about shotguns than they ever thought possible. Proper form, proper fitting, proper cleaning, reloading a shell, target shooting stance and corrective tips. Taught by editor of Wing and Clay Life Magazine/ local college trap team coach, Matthew Gay. This class is good for the beginner as well as someone with some shotgun experience. All will learn something. Participants are encouraged to bring hunter orange, and their own shotguns (guns will be provided if needed). Participants will receive instruction, lunch, ammo, live bird hunt, and membership to Pheasants Forever. Ending time is estimated at 4:00pm.
