Pheasants Forever Youth Pollinator Event with Mike Miller Elementary.
At this event we are going to the school to help educate the kids about pollinators and their importance. The local Pheasants Forever Chapter will be sending pollinator plants home with kids to be planted in their gardens.
This event will also consist of other games and events revolved around pollinators. The classes involved with this event will each be raising butterflies for a few weeks prior to the class for one of the activities. We will release the butterflies raised into a larger enclosure and the kids will have decorated some fake flowers to set up in the enclosure to see which flower sizes and colors attract the most butterflies.
